Review

Infinite Dungeons is another of BioWare's Premium modules available at their store. The modules are created and polished by BioWare and the funds they get from them goes towards maintaining the community website. In this case, BioWare created a very large module. Every time you start a new game, a random dungeon is generated, thus the name Infinite Dungeons. The dungeons are created depending on the character's stats and preferences. Your goal is to defeat an evil magician that is controlling the dungeon. Each level of the dungeon contains a random amount of monsters and each level also contains a "boss" for the level. More than Neverwinter Nights, this feels a bit like "Diablo". However, that's as far as the game and story goes. Yes, you get a great amount of replay value, but it's just random dungeons, there isn't anything special from one to the next. This is made for hardcore D&D fans or players with a "Hordes of the Underdark" character. If you are looking for a module with a good story, better look for another one.
Advantages
  • A large amount of random dungeons to play.
Disadvantages
  • The game objective is too loose.
